Hello, Pacemaker out of retirement
Posted: Thu May 09, 2013 9:42 am
Just wanted to say hi (again!).
I had an account on the old forum and posted some of my hacking attempts back when I was on Linux. I started building a DB management app for the Pacemaker DB for Gnome, but after about 10 years of Linux I went over to the dark side and bought a Mac. My Pacemaker device went into retirement, as did my hacking attempts. I also moved to back to Ableton Live (version 8 was a learning curve after previously using Live 2!).
So, this year I've bought my Pacemaker device out of retirement as I'm making my return to the desert. I'm going back to Burning Man festival, and I'm taking a mini DJ setup - powered by my Tonium Pacemaker device, and a pair of Minirigs (sweet sound, small box).
I've got a few questions I'll be posting to the forum, and I'll try and help out others where I can.
Cheers!
p.s. I also relaunched my podcast at musicinstinct.com
