I am looking to sell my 120GB Pacemaker, I keep getting the sorry friend hard drive needs checking screen on start up. I was going to put a new hard drive in before selling but am now looking to buy some new turntables and am looking for a quicker sale.

I have just bought a torx screwdriver that I'll throw in with it so you can get the back off and change the hard drive yourself.

Would you still use it if it worked?

If it doesn't sell or you want to cancel your auction, send it to me and I'll have a look at it for you. I already have a spare so I can swap hdd and see if problem gets fixed with new hdd or remains.

This on the basis you pay postage both ways, and no claims if I make it worse. Just so you know, I have a degree in electronics and have been taking things apart and fixing things since I was a kid (doesn't mean I can sort it though, but willing to have a go)
