Pacemaker Rekordbox and Pioneer CDJ

Hello,
I'm a user of Rekordbox (application from Pioneer for tracks management, delivery with each CDJ), and i want to know :
- can we sync pacemaker device with Rekordbox , and can we use with USB hub in top of CDJ player ?
- can we Directly use pacemaker device without sync with Rekordbox but with sync pacemaker application ?
