Scratch Option..? just bought 120gb pacemaker

I used one of my mates pacemakers and bought one the next day but i have no instruction manual..HELP! ..I know the basics but if the tune doesnt start immediatley how do i spin it forward. Q1 Is there a scratch option so i can move it?? Or i could just edit the tracks and then load them ? HASSLE! Thanks. And Happy New Year!

The scratch function is only avaliable if you download and install the 'BETA' firmware from this website. It can be found on the homepage with instructions on how to use it.

Yeah there never really was a manual as such. Mine might have come wit a brief crib sheet, but otherwise online videos were the source of info from Tonium.


Even without the scratch feature (which I don't like because you can't beat match quite as easily as it scratches instead of nudges the track), you can play the track then pause it. Now you can push the track (clockwise) to spin forward and pull the track (anti-clockwise) to spin backwards, whilst cuing up. While the track is playing, again just push and pull the track to keep it beatmatched
