Yeh, I mean when I do perform those checks, all of results come to be that there are no issues. I am going to go get an adapter kit at Radio Shack. I saw in another thread about the size of the adapter, but I wanted to make sure, can you tell me the specific adapter voltage and size I need to look for?

Yeah, when I did perform all the checks, all results came back fine with no issues. It seems plausible that I need to get it plugged into the wall, get it started that way, then get it connected to the computer once it has the 20% minimum that it needs to connect. Can you tell me what the preferred adapter voltage and size specifications that I need to look for? I am going to go to radio shack as they have kits where you can put together the adapter you need.

Do You have a USB plug with the same (output 5v and 2a)
Try your data cable with the USB plug.
